Gary Devis is a multidisciplinary program manager with 20 years of experience delivering solutions globally for Governments, NGOs and Private sector organizations. He has a deep understanding of program management, agile development and organizational leadership gained from both practice and advanced education. Gary is currently pioneering cloud first solutions to support the concurrent creation and operations of Invest in Canada, a new Government of Canada Agency.
