Edward has been working in the areas of public sector enterprise digital service delivery, identity management, and content management over twenty-five years. In addition to providing strategic advice on new technologies to executives responsible for delivering major public sector digital service delivery initiatives, Edward works closely with project stakeholders in the area of service design.
