Mohamed Bâ (he/him)

City Councillor | Municipal Efficiency, City of Laval

Mohamed Bâ is a city councillor for the City of Laval. Elected in 2025 after working within the municipal administration for 7 years, he brings a dual perspective, that of an elected official who also knows the internal realities of the City of Laval.

His work focuses primarily on efficiency, with a clear objective: to make the administration simpler, more agile, and more results-oriented. In Laval, he is particularly interested in process simplification, the use of data to better measure the impact of public initiatives, and innovation as a lever for sustainable organizational transformation.

His approach aims to unblock the municipal machine to deliver better services to citizens, with better-utilized resources and an administrative culture that is more action-oriented.
