Tania is a professional in digital government and customer experience, working across Ukraine and the United States. Since 2019, she has played an active role in Ukraine’s digital transformation, particularly with the Diia platform, where she led a team responsible for developing and delivering public services within the Diia mobile app.
Currently, Tania serves as a Project Excellence Lead for the Diia team, supporting government teams in designing and delivering user-centered services. In parallel, she is a Product Manager on the Customer Experience team for the State of Utah, where she helps government agencies better understand and listen to their users, contributes to the development and implementation of a survey framework, and supports data-driven service improvements through insights and analytics.
