Iain Montgomery has spent 15+ years helping large organisations make the kind of bets their planning processes were specifically designed to prevent. He is the founder of Now or Never, an innovation studio working at the intersection of strategy, innovation and behavioural science.

He also hosts Challenger Cities, possibly the world's most eclectic urbanism podcast, on the belief that the next great cities won't be planned into existence, but experimented into one.
