Caitlin is a former UK civil servant, serving as the Service Owner of Live Services and the Head of the Product Profession at Ofsted, a non-ministerial department of the UK government. Caitlin’s career has been dedicated to the product space, where she has consistently worked to deliver impactful and user-centred services.
