Cate McLaurin (She / her)

Cate is a digital transformation expert, supporting leaders to adapt their organisations to the internet era and better meet the needs of users. She has designed and led digital programmes from scratch, and works with senior leadership teams to rethink and reimagine delivery culture and ways of working.

Cate has senior experience across both local and central government supporting leaders to be bold and brave in leading change, including leading digital delivery in the aftermath of a serious cyber attack at Hackney Council. At Public Digital, she leads work across local government, wider public sector, healthcare and charities.
