Hailing from New Zealand, Debra’s career has focused on human services. Before leaving New Zealand to live and work in Toronto, Canada, with her Canadian husband, she worked in both operational and policy, ministerial roles.
Working for the Ontario Public Service, Debra is a service designer who works in digital government.  Debra is on the coordinating committee of a staff led Neurodiverse support group and is committed to supporting a positive work environment for people who are neurodiverse, suffer mental illness, and have disabilities.
