Manager, Service Policy & Community Engagement, OCIO, TBS, Miranda Dyck helps shape how the Government of Canada understands, measures, and improves the services it delivers. As part of OCIO's  Service & Digital Performance Team, she leads service policy and community engagement, including for the Enterprise Health Approach — a new, collaborative way to monitor and improve the government’s highest‑impact services. With 15+ years in the public service, she’s passionate about building a government that learns fast, designs with people in mind, and isn’t afraid to break the “we’ve always done it this way” mould.
