Lena has spent her career working to improve outcomes for people who rely on government services. As the owner of Inclined, she partners with government clients to modernize programs, re-engineer processes, build capacity, and deliver lasting impact. Previously, as Associate Commissioner at the US General Services Administration, she founded the Office of Strategic Innovations and launched 18F, a pioneering digital services team. She also played a key role in standing up the Canadian Digital Service.
