Kasia Polanska (she/her)

Lead Advisor, Canada School of Public Service’s Digital Academy

Kasia is the Lead Advisor at the Canada School of Public Service’s Digital Academy, where she provides strategic advice, leads planning initiatives, and plays a key role in shaping the organization’s approach to artificial intelligence (AI). She has also held advisory roles at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and brings nearly a decade of experience as a management consultant, working across various sectors.
Outside of her professional career, Kasia is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at Carleton University, specializing in the governance of emerging technologies. Her research is centered on critically analyzing AI systems and promoting responsible, human-centered AI deployment within government frameworks.
Kasia holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Business.
