Nina Maturu is a design strategy and future sensing expert with more than fifteen years of experience in social impact, innovation, and customer experience. She is currently a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, bringing private sector innovation methods to the US government, and is Founder of Constellation Design Strategy, driving human-first thinking for multilateral organizations like the United Nations. Previously, Nina served as a Principal at What If Innovation, where she led teams of designers and technologists to create new products, services, cultures, and policies for Fortune 500 companies. Nina has also led customer experience strategy at American Express and spent six years as a community organizer in New York City, Japan, India, and Tanzania.
Outside of work, you will find her training the next generation of innovators at Parsons School of Design, New York University (NYU), and the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
Nina received her MBA and Master of Public Policy at University of Michigan and a BA in History from NYU.
